Ready, Aim, Play Recap

During the parent group at this months' Ready, Aim, Play, we discussed nutrition & the young child. Information packets are still available- just ask you parent educator to bring one to your next visit!

We shared two kid-friendly lunch/snack ideas. Click on the name to be directed to the recipe:

For the boats, we made chicken salad with quartered red grapes, mayo, salt, & pepper. For the snail rollers, we used whole wheat tortillas, whipped cream cheese and 98% fat free ham.
